Do you have any requirements for new clients?

We’re here to help businesses at all stages of growth and have no restrictions on order minimums, number of SKUs or size of products. Whether you’re selling to businesses (B2B) or directly to customers (B2C) or both, we are ready to help take your business to the next level. Starting out new and don’t know how to get started? Any contracts to be signed? What if I want to move my inventory somewhere else?

For our services, you pay on a month-to-month basis. You are free to stop using our services as you choose. We do request that you give us 3 weeks advance notice if you do plan on stopping our service so we can plan for a smooth transition with no impact on your incoming orders. 


Is there a set up charge to start using Logistical? 

You will only be responsible for storage costs (starting at $.59 /cubic foot) that will start being calculated once your product reaches our warehouse. 


Are there rate changes in storage fees if my inventory does not move as quickly as I anticipated?

We understand that sometimes inventory doesn’t move as fast you forecasted. We do not charge extra for aging inventory so you have one less thing to worry about.


We need to ship products in our own branded boxes. How would that work?

Unboxing is such an important aspect of the brand experience, especially for e-commerce businesses. We are happy to use your branded boxes or poly bags. for no extra cost. You’d just pay storage fees for your boxes. Trying to find the perfect packaging for your product? We have partners that can assist! 


Do you offer kitting and other bundling services?

Yes we do offer kitting, labeling, bagging as services to our clients. 


What other customization services do you provide?

Besides customized packing slips, we provide services to add marketing inserts (postcards, stickers etc.), pack the product specifically like you would like us to and more. We want to be an extension to your business and will work with you to achieve the experience you want your customers to have. 


Which shipping carriers do you use?

We aim at getting the most competitive domestic and international shipping rates for our clients. To do this we partner with a number of carriers including FedEx, USPS, UPS, freight companies and consolidation companies. Our strong relationships with our carriers allows our clients to provide fast and competitive shipping options.


We use FBA to sell on Amazon. Would you ship to their fulfillment centers?

Many of our clients sell their products using FBA and we’re experienced in labeling and preparing products for Amazon.


What’s the process to send my inventory to you?

Before you ship your inventory to us for the first time, we’ll review a checklist to make sure we are able to correctly receive your products.

We require products to be barcoded clearly and can help you with getting barcodes set up. We do provide an add-on service to label products should it be needed. We will walk you through the process of submitting a shipping notice to us with the details of the products you are shipping, so we are prepared for your shipment. Upon receipt, we will scan and store the products within 48 business hours and confirm receipt against the shipping notice. Now we’re ready for your orders! 


Hours of operation

Our warehouse is open Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm EST. Our Warehouse Receiving Hours are Monday-Thursday 9am - 5pm EST and on Friday 9am - 2pm EST. 

Our daily shipping deadline on Monday - Thursday is 2pm EST and is 1pm EST on Friday.
